Bio


Alexandria (Xan) McPherson is an applied physics PhD student working with Dr. Samu Taulu on the physics of magnetoencephalography (MEG).
Xan is from Colorado and received her BS in Engineering Physics with a minor in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Colorado School of Mines. She is investigating ways to develop and improve the signal source space model for the next generation of MEG instrumentation using the theory of electromagnetism and computational methods
