Aspen Institute Congressional Program Patricia Kuhl

In May, I-LABS Co-Director, Dr. Patricia Kuhl, shared the latest research about early childhood learning and brain development with members of the US Senate and House of Representatives at an event hosted by the Aspen Institute. The Aspen Institute Congressional Program is a nongovernmental, nonpartisan educational program. It provides Senators and Representatives the opportunity to delve into complex and pressing public policy issues with internationally recognized experts in a neutral, off-the-record setting.

Dr. Kuhl shared how revolutionary discoveries from brain research have transformed our understanding of child development, and discussed the research behind the evidence-based programs and policies that give children the strongest possible start in life.
