Marie Baeta (she/they) is an Outreach and Education Specialist at the Institute for Learning and Brain Sciences (I-LABS). They utilize their interdisciplinary approach to interpret and share the latest research in brain science and early learning with early childcare providers, educators, parents, and policymakers. She is focused on accessibility and ensuring that the needs of the learning audience are being met.
Marie holds a B.A. in Child Development at San Francisco State University, a M.A. in Museum Studies at the University of Washington, and a Certificate in American Sign Language. She is passionate about making science accessible to wide audiences and empowering learners through curiosity.
